Orders placed before 3:00 PM UK time (GMT/BST) are processed the same business day, Monday through Friday.

Shipping and Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your shipment online.
Important Address Information
Please carefully check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
In such cases, the order will be fully refunded without additional charges. A new order must be placed if you would like the item shipped again.

If your order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to update the address. If the order has already been shipped, unfortunately, we will no longer be able to make changes.
